Adrea Richmond
Adrea has been dedicated to dentistry for the past eight years. She completed dental assisting school in Columbus, Ohio. The two year course lead her to extra-ordinary experiences which she now exemplifies using her artistic abilities to fabricate provisional restorations while also providing exceptional patient care. Adrea has a son, and enjoys traveling, and spending time with family.
Debbie Blicharski
Debbie Blicharski has joined Dr. McMaster’s team of dental professionals as the Administrative Coordinator in the year of 2006. Debbie has dedicated 12 years to the dental field and is a proud member of the Arizona Dental Association. Debbie works together with our patients on managing their dental care. She ensures that each individual is completely informed and comfortable prior to starting treatment. Debbie was born here in Tucson but has split her time between here and Phoenix. She recently became a grandmother for the first time and spends as much time as she can with her growing family.
Ramona Solis, R.D.H.
Ramona graduated from the Pima Community College with honors and multiple awards, in addition to her degree in dental hygiene. As a long time client of Dr. McMaster’s practice, it was fortuitous that she would become the ever-popular hygienist upon receiving her degree. She prides herself on keeping up with the latest treatment modalities in order to offer her patients the best available care. She is a most accomplished hygienist who has the ability to teach and motivate our patients to achieve optimal dental health. She enjoys time with her family, gardening and working in her yard. Ramona’s dedication and drive for excellence makes her an intricate member of our highly talented team.
